The Lodge - Everything you need to know
We built our traditional wooden lodge just over 10 years ago and welcome many holiday makers over the years. This bespoke designed lodge is situated with 10 acres of private land, offering panoramic views of the North Tyne Valley. With it's own hot tub, gazebo, BBQ and outside seating area, there is no better place to visit for your next staycation. A short walk away, you will find historical Hadrian's Wall and Roman sites to explore, as well as other walks and links to the Lake District, Newcastle & beyond.
The Lodge comprises of 4 ground floor bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, glass patio doors and modern interiors. Upstairs, you will find incredible views from the balcony, floor to ceiling glass windows, open plan kitchen, dining and living areas along with an equipped bar area and upstairs toilet.
Situated adjacent to the Lodge, we created The Duck House in 2020, which is a stable conversion with 2 bedrooms. For larger families, you can book both areas to host everyone for your next getaway.

This space accommodates up to 8 adults for minimum breaks of 3 nights+. With so much to do in our surrounding areas, enjoy a Northumberland staycation with us this summer.
